Book Club Webinar 

This Book Club webinar provides you an opportunity to review the book, Leading A Group: A Practical and Comprehensive Handbook by Kerri Hamer. From great general principles to consider in groupwork to setting up for specific events, this is an excellent companion to anyone thinking about or preparing to run groups.  I am looking forward to sharing this discussion and reflection on this book with you!  

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Reflect on practical set up, strategic management and closing methods;

Webinar Facilitator - Jacki Short

  

Jacki is the Owner and Director of Sydney Centre for Creative Change. She is a registered counselling psychologist and play therapist and supervisor with over 25 years’ experience in counselling, supervision, group work and training. 

 

Her work in schools, hospitals, welfare organisations, drug and alcohol agencies and in private practice has inspired Jacki’s belief in the power of imagination, positivity, play and possibilities - especially in the face of challenge.

 

Passionate about supporting others to find creative ways to express, explore and resolve difficulties, Jacki loves sharing opportunities for connection and creativity.
