Masterclass overview 

Get help in this hands-on 3 hour masterclass, to stop committing ‘random acts of marketing’ and start growing your business consistently. The practical exercises will help you sharpen your process for finding and engaging the right people for your services, and inspiring them to become clients and loyal advocates for your business.

You will have the opportunity to:

1. Gain clarity and confidence to know the most important next step to grow your business.
2. Get clear on who the client/s you MOST want to work with are.
3. Map out the steps a new client takes from being unaware of you to becoming a passionate advocate for what you do.
4. Clarify what service offerings you have and estimate conversions in each step for your client from interest to purchasing.
5. Understand the basic principles of a marketing funnel and prioritise your actions to create and optimise your funnel to grow your business.

		Kristen has extensive experience working with small business owners and managers to assess their markets to design effective marketing programs that bring in new business, nurture existing customer relationships and boost revenue. With more than two decades experience in marketing and a Masters degree in Marketing from one of Australia's leading business schools, Kristen is also certified in the 8 core disciplines of digital marketing.
