Book Club Webinar Overview:
This webinar provides you an opportunity to review the key principles of Gestalt Play Therapy and discuss a range of Gestalt Play Therapy processes and activities. Based on the work on Violet Oaklander, the book, Healing Through Play: Using the Oaklander Model, is an accessible introduction into this method of working with children. We will have time to reflect on and share the activities that you have found or would find most useful for the children and young people you are working with. We will also consider the role of aggression release activities and Oaklanders's approach to assessement and treatment planning. I am looking forward to sharing this discussion and reflection on this book with you!
