Such an insightful workshop!
Vicky presented a wonderfully rich and diverse exploration into the eco-systems that surround our day-to -day that often stay out of our awareness, systems that can facilitate healing, connection and well-being. It was a wonderful reminder to observe, notice, explore and reflect upon what is within the reach of all of us as human beings.
A beautiful workshop that was heart, mind, and eye-opening!
Course overview:
Discover how a stronger sense of self, belonging, and health, can be enabled through richer connections with your environment.
This workshop will share insights gained through working with people of all ages and different needs, focusing on the earth’s natural systems and various life forms. Refined use of senses and skills of observation will be demonstrated. Examples will be shared that bring attention to the complexity of the natural world and our part in it.
The benefits of an intimate relationship with these complexities will be illuminated, with a focus on ongoing health and healing. Practical methods that can be explored - wherever you are, and with minimal resources - will be a springboard for you to develop strategies when working with others.
